It should go without saying that anything flat out overpowering is just going to be turned away. What we want to see here are matters of flavor, results of a Master tinkering with an ability or preference to create something new. Let's cover some ground rules;- Created Powers may not be used by anyone lesser than Master rank
- Created Powers will advance at half the speed of regular ones, to reflect the difficulty in creating a new Power and mastering something that's not been done before
- You may not begin with such a power unless it has been approved prior.
