Common sense, folks. That's what this comes down to. This represents your character going out of their way to craft or alter something to their personal tastes. There's no need to get overpowered with equipment - we simply want to see interesting items that reflect your characters traits. You may not begin with such equipment - it must be earned through Role Play.
