While Force Powers can be broken down a great many ways, we will break them down into "Universal" And "Dark Side" to keep it simple. Light Side abilities are not listed here because they are not taught or used much by the Sith or Dark Jedi.
Note - this is not a list of all powers Dark siders can learn, simply most of them.
This is a list of the more common, "Universal" abilities. Before anything else, these skills are learned and mastered, and generally make up the bulk of a Jedi's powers. "Basic" powers are ones that anyone is able to learn with relative ease. "Advanced" Powers are ones that are more difficult, either because they are hard to find a teacher for, or because they're simply a difficult ability. "Restricted" means that the ability cannot be learned via normal means, and its usage or learning requires approval from the Sith Moderator.
Universal, Basic Powers
- Breath Control - reduce the need for oxygen
- Comprehend Speech - understand any spoken language
- Core Powers - the basics of Force manipulation taught to all practitioners
(No Force Power may be ranked higher than this) - Detoxify Poison - remove harmful substances from ones body
- Force Barrier - keep things out of, or within, an area
- Force Comprehension - increase ones ability to absorb information
- Force Deflection - disrupt or reflect energy or projectile based attacks
- Force Jump - heighten a single jumps distance
- Force Speed - move faster, react quicker
- Force Stealth - hide ones alignment, capabilities, or appearance
- Force Suppression - reduce a foes connection to the Force
- Mind Trick - confuse or alter the mentality of another
- Tapas - keep ones self warm
- Telekinesis - move objects from afar
Universal, Advanced Powers[/color]
- Dopplegänger - create a perfect image of yourself or another object
- Force Breach - remove a foes connection to the Force temporarily (requires Force Suppression of higher rank)
- Force Crush - collapse a target inwards, crushing part or all of it (requires Master ranked Telekinesis)
- Force Flash - temporarily disrupt sensors and cameras, or blind foes
- Force Flight - fly above terrain at modest speeds (requires Master rank Telekinesis)
- Force Meld - sync with the minds of other Force Sensitives to increase coordination, combat effectiveness
- Force Phase - pass through material objects
- Force Wave - create a wave of energy pushing outwards from yourself (requires Master ranked Core Powers)
- Force Weapon - imbue an object with the Force, increasing its durability and allowing it to survive Lightsaber strokes
- Force Whirlwind - create a maelstrom around a foe (requires higher ranked Core Powers)

Universal, Restricted Powers[/color]
- Battle Meditation - Increase the morale, coordination and ability to fight of all allies, degrade those of your foes
- Sever Force - irreversibly destroy a foes connection to the Force (requires Master ranked Force Suppression, Breach)
- Shatterpoint - see fault lines in objects, people, and plots
The Dark side powers are considered to be more advanced than the Universal powers, requiring much more knowledge and skill to use. A Dark sider typically possesses less of these than Universal powers, representing their personal taste in abilities. As with Universal, "Advanced" represents a more potent ability, one harder to learn or use. "Restricted" are likewise next to impossible to learn, and require permission from the Sith Moderator to learn.
Dark, Basic[/color]
- Force Drain - sap life energy from an organic target
- Force Fear - cause fear and panic in a single foe
- Force Lightning - shock a nearby foe, causing excruciating pain
- Force Slow - reduce a foes mental and physical quickness
- Force Wound - telekinetically apply pressure to a foes weaker areas
Dark, Advanced[/color]
- Chain Lightning - as Force Lightning, but affect multiple foes
(Requires higher ranked Force Lightning) - Drain Knowledge - forcefully take knowledge from another sentient being, possibly causing physical damage
(Requires higher ranked Force Drain) - Force Affliction - as Force Slow, but affects multiple targets
(Requires higher ranked Force Slow) - Force Choke - as Force Wound, but across a larger, controlled area
(Requires higher ranked Force Wound) - Force Destruction - charge a blast capable of eradicating anything in its path
- Force Horror - as Force Fear, but affect multiple foes
(Requires higher ranked Force Fear) - Force Maelstrom - create a swirling vortex of lightning around yourself
(Requires higher ranked Force Lightning) - Force Rage - tap into ones hate and fear to bolster ones physical and mental prowess for a short time
- Kinetite - hurl a ball of raw energy at a foe, capable of leveling structures
- Mechu-deru - reprogram a droid for ones own intentions
- Spear of Midnight Black - conjure an invisible spear made of the Force and hurl it at a foe as if it were a real, physical spear
Dark, Restricted[/color]
- Deadly Sight - inflict burns and possibly kill anyone you look at
- Force Insanity - as Force Horror, but damage to the mind is permanent and more destructive
(Requires higher ranked Force Horror) - Force Plague - as Force Affliction, but the effect is often fatal or induces coma's
(Requires higher ranked Force Affliction) - Force Scream - an involuntary explosion of Force centered around ones projected voice, destroying much around the user, and can be felt by many around the user
- Force Storm - create an electrical storm that assaults all foes in a large radius
(Requires higher ranked Chain Lightning) - Force Wormhole - create a massive space storm capable of destroying entire fleets and even small systems, as well as transporting those sucked within to another destination, possibly in time. This power was regarded as one of the most dangerous, most powerful, and most difficult to master.
- Sith Alchemy - a powerful mastery over science and the dark side of the Force allowing for the manipulation of the basic structures of any material. This power could be used to alter metals, alter living creates, create life or reanimated dead.
- Transfer Essence - move ones soul from into another vessel
- Though Bomb - when many Sith Lords converge to use the skill, it creates a volatile silver orb capable of removing anything caught in the radius from existence.
