While there are a few different Sith titles and ranks, they divide more commonly into two separate categories. As such, they will be divided into those that pertain to the Rule of Two, and those outside the Rule of Two.
Rule of Two
Sith Lord - Apprentice
The Apprentice to a Sith Master, or, "Dark Lord of the Sith", an Apprentice was the one chosen by a Master to continue the Rule of Two, acknowledged for their affinity with the Force and incredible passion. A Sith Apprentice was much unlike a Jedi Apprentice in they were often left to carry out missions alone, and much less supervised than a Jedi Apprentice. This being said, it was not uncommon for a Sith Apprentice to have, at one time, been a Jedi, for the Republic has great systems in place to track down Force Sensitive beings. An Apprentice would assume the rank of Master upon killing their own Master, and finding an Apprentice of their own.
Sith Lord - Master
Also referred to the the, "Dark Lord of the Sith", a Sith Master was the one in charge of just about everything when it came to the Sith. They were responsible for all actions of all Sith, as well as overseeing an Apprentice that would inevitably attempt to overthrow them. Sith Masters were regarded as the pinnacle of the Sith. Their knowledge and power often superior to a standard Jedi. One would only ever have the title of Sith Master if they had an Apprentice, and this was only applicable to the Rule of Two. One of the primary focuses of a Sith Master was to ensure that their Apprentice learned everything they knew, and would one day become a greater Master than themselves, ensuring that the Sith way of life remain strong.
Other Sith
Sith Acolyte
Unlike an Apprentice, an Acolyte had no formal Master. They still had mentors - typically a Master, but occasionally the Apprentice - who taught them the ways an abilities of the Sith, but never truly trained them like they would an Apprentice. Rather, these were students of the art, learning what was deemed necessary for them to know by their superiors, and little more. They acted as the pawns of the two Sith Lords, carrying out their will across the galaxy. Traditionally, there were never too many of these individuals, as they would either be killed off, or grow power hungry and foolishly try to overthrow the Sith Lords.
Sith Adept
Any Sith Acolyte who has proven themselves invaluable to the Sith Lords over many years of endeavors could earn the rank of Sith Adept. A Sith Adept had significantly more freedoms as opposed to a Sith Acolyte. Where an Acolyte would have no say in doing the bidding of their Lords, an Adept would more often work with the Sith Lords on matters of great importance, and would have more say as to how they carried certain endeavors out. This being said, an Adept had little power over an Acolyte granted to themselves. They were simply a more trusted, more powerful Acolyte who had proven their worth to the Sith Lords.

To better describe the rankings that Sith may possess when fighting in the Clone Wars, there will be three ranks of which a Sith can attain. Each will represent a different level of responsibility and control, and dictate if the Sith is eligible to be in command of troops.
Sith Infiltrator
An Infiltratorwas a Sith who was not in charge of overseeing the greater events of a battle, but rather charged with seeing the plans successfully put into motion. This may include eliminating a high priority target or seeing to the liberation of a captured individual. These Sith were often between the rank of a Acolyte and Adept. Infiltrators were often called upon on the battlefield to consult with those in charge and offer advice, and their opinion was very respected.
Infiltrators were not able to command ranks of troops during combat (though, their reputation often lead to their suggestions being carried out regardless). Rather than commanding a sizable squadron of troops, Infiltrators could be assigned a small group of no more than four soldiers. This group would serve the Infiltrators in whatever manner they saw fit. Due to the quick and acrobatic nature of most Sith movements, it was uncommon for this group to follow the Sith everywhere during the operation. Rather, these soldiers would serve to maintain an exit, provide reinforcements where necessary, or gather intelligence. This isn't to say that they couldn't follow the Infiltrators, should they so choose.
Sith Blackguard
A Blackguard was a Sith who was in charge of overseeing a portion of the greater events of a battle. They dealt with many issues, including delegating tasks to specialized units as well as deployment. Blackguards were only ever Adepts who had proven their worth to the Sith Lords. Their council was rarely disputed during preparations for war, and almost always called upon. These Blackguards were very well feared, and unlike Infiltrators, known through-out the CIS Forces.
Blackguards were able to initiate commands to ranks of troops towards the beginning of combat. Often, their wisdom and precognition lead them to be the ones planning the initial assault, declaring what troops should begin where, and what objectives all should have. This being said, once the battle truly commences, Blackguards often left further orders to the Commanders or Sith Lords devoted to the army, leaving the Blackguards free to oversee more personalized, high priority missions. Like Infiltrators, Blackguards were often assigned four man groups. These Pods were often composed of more specialized units with greater combat capabilities, and as such, these Pods accompanied their Sith host more often than they would have with a Infiltrator.
Sith Lord
A Sith Lord was a Sith who was in charge of overseeing anything and everything their wisdom allowed them to. They deal with any issue they could, overseeing as much or as little of an operation, as possible. Sith Lords were only ever two in number. The word of a Sith Lord was always law, and followed to the letter. Moreover, they were often consulted for nearly any update of what they oversaw. Sith Lords were known through-out the ranks of the entire army under an alias, and elusively known to their foes as the same.
Sith Lords were able to grab the reigns of an operation at any point during a battle, able to deliver commands before or after it actually began. Unlike with Blackguard and Infiltrator who took to more covert and stealth missions, Sith Lords were capable of seeing front-line action as much as they did the covert operations. They also spent just as much time behind their own lines, distributing orders from a safe distance. A Sith Lord was able to command whomever they wished of the CIS army to follow them, and was not limited to a Pod. However, a Sith Lord could have no more than four specialized units under their direct control.
