There were many other sentient species that supported the CIS, and participated in the various battles that took place across the galaxy. Be they because they were forced into action due to invasion, because they were bought out, or because they genuinely desired to support the CIS. This is a short list of sentient species that were commonly associated with the CIS.
Anzati
Anzati served the CIS as assassins for the CIS, specifically for the Sith that controlled the CIS. Their incredible Force-sensitivity and dark nature made them powerful allies to the CIS.
Death Watch
The Death Watch were a group of Mandalorians who desired to bring their kind back to their roots of being true warriors. Though few in number, this group established itself as frighteningly deadly and very efficient at all endeavors assigned to them. They often served as sabotage or ambush units against critical Republic units.
Geonosians
Many Geonosians served the CIS armies, admittedly more upon their home world, but never the less their presence was felt elsewhere. Because of their quick maturity, the Regulars and Elites were battle ready very quickly. Coupled with their intense numbers, their uses were not unlike that of the Battle Droids.
Gossam Commandos
Gossam Commandos served in the Outer Rim, as heavily armored commanders, as well as formidable security.
Nimbus Commandos
Nimbus Commandos were recruited from the Separatist world of Jabiim to the CIS equivalent of the Republic Commandos. They proved very successful as both a counter to them, as well as in combat against Republic forces.
Koorivar Fusiliers
Koorivar Fusiliers formed one of the largest sentient armies that served with the CIS. Their forces were more commonly used to guard priority areas, such as Droid factories or important CIS leaders. Despite this, they were recognized as very formidable soldiers, and even employed by Grievous himself.
Mandalorian Protectors
Mandalorian Protectors were an elite group of Mandalorian warriors who served the CIS ambitions for a mixture of pride and wealth. They destroyed their foes through use of superior technology, weaponry, and tactics, and were among the finest soldiers of the War.
Neimodian Gunnery Battalion
The Neimodian Gunnery Battalion was composed of Neimodians, mostly simply trained warriors or even criminals seeking pardon. They were assigned to important individuals within the CIS ranks, to whom assigning Droids was deemed too risky for how easily they could be dismantled.
Pirates of Iridium
The Pirates of Iridium of were group of pirates who raided the highways of space, preying upon vessels unable to defend themselves. They quickly became so dangerous that the CIS began to pay them to continue their work and harass both public and Republic forces.
Trandoshans
Trandoshans were a large reptilian species known for their incredible strength. While many Trandoshans preferred to work for themselves, often as Bounty Hunters, there were still a great number willing to lend their strength to the CIS armies.
